Shipping policy
In-Ground Trampolines ships components and complete systems using a variety of shipping methods. Generally we process all orders in 1-3 business day as the order is received or the following weekday if on a weekend. For shipping times see below.
All complete trampolines include free shipping.
Freight:
Shipments sent via Ground Freight usually take between 5-7 business days to arrive. The freight delivery includes lift gate service for residential delivery. Inside delivery or any other delivery services can be subject to extra charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to move the boxes to the garage, backyard etc. Once the freight has arrived at the local terminal they will contact you to schedule an appointment. We are not responsible for delays due to the freight companies inability to contact you and will do everything to help make this a smooth process. If extra storage costs are charged by the freight company due to holding shipments at their terminal this cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping:
Most components and parts are shipped with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery service. Our springs are most often sent with US Postal Service Priority. Unless specified, we do not require a signature for delivery. Most deliveries are received within 2-6 business days once they have been processed.
Expedited shipping:
If you need parts in a hurry we can help. All expedited services provided by FedEx are available. Just give us a call and we will quote additional costs and get your order moving.
