- Damaged / Defective Item - Please call us at 602-464-4365 we will remedy the situation for you immediately! Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us.
- Changed your Mind - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 60 days for a product refund. All original equipment, manuals, components and packaging must be returned in new condition to warrant a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us. A refund will be issued once we receive your return.
